    Customer Service Representative Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sprint (Oklahoma City, OK) in January 2017.

    Interview

Group interview, pretty laid back, almost everyone in my group got in.
You get in and there is a bowl with random questions, each candidate pick 2, each question has a number behind it, and everyone seats in a round table and he just ask away the number. So you have to be comfortable answering question around a small crowd

    Retail Sales Associate Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Colonial Heights, VA

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Sprint (Colonial Heights, VA) in September 2017.

    Interview

I applied online in early September. The day after I applied they scheduled my first interview so I thought things would move fast. It took about 2 weeks for them to call me for a 2nd interview. After I completed that, it took ANOTHER 2 weeks for them to tell me that they filled my position but still want me for another store location. Now this location is an extra 45 minute drive from my house but I was willing to make it work. But the manager then told me (after another week of trying to call him back) I need to fill out ANOTHER application for this other store and go through ANOTHER interview process. So irritated I still did that. I have another job right now part time. It doesn't pay alot but it's what I have until I van find better. They scheduled my 3rd interview on a day that I work so I took off for this interview. The day before the interview I got an email to reschedule. I lost a day of work for nothing. And they STILL haven't rescheduled with me. And haven't responded to my emails in a week. Overall this process has exhausted and frustrated me. If they really wanted me they have an awful was of showing it. But they COULD'VE just turned me down and I would have saved alot of gas time and energy. Instead of being strung along for 2 months. And I've been a Sprint customer for my entire life. My family has been with Sprint before they were even called Sprint. And I'm DISGUSTED. Wouldn't recommend. The people seemed nice but unorganized and not concerned with new employees. I'm alot more professional than most of their employees I have seen first hand but hey, their loss.

    RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in New York, NY

    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sprint (New York, NY) in November 2017.

    Interview

Interview was very short, manager seemed to be very defensive on questioning my ability to lead a high performing sales team as an outside the company supervisor. Sprint does promote from within so going in as a manager or supervisor from working else where is very difficult especially if they can’t see numbers and your true ability to sale and lead.

    Interview Questions

    • What would you do if you have an employee who has been in the red for 3 consecutive months? Would you coach them or part ways with them?   Answer Question
