Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Spry Health.

Interview

Gave me a 2 hour test on operations during the weekend, which seemed a bit unusual as it was on a non-business day, however, I proceeded to complete it. I got rejected within a few hours later, so asked for feedback. The recruiter never got back to me, despite answering my previous questions quickly beforehand. I thought this was very unprofessional as the test was very lengthy and required detailed essays and answers for each question. I wanted to understand where I could improve on as a lot of time went into working through each problem, so it would have been helpful to see where my reasoning could have improved on for each question, but I received no response after.
