Squaremouth Marketing Assistant Interview Questions

I was brought in for a morning group interview. I sat in a circle with about 8 current employees and the CEO and was asked various questions. The questions ranged from descriptions of what I had included on my resume, to how to spell "ice flow", it's ice floe. I was allowed to take off my shoes when I got in and sat down, and was able to ask each employee any questions after I had been interviewed. I really enjoyed the interview process because the funny one off questions allowed me to relax and regroup before another serious question. I also found it valuable because it is very similar to the company's work style. Focused and to the point but funny, and relaxed when the time is right. The only part of my interview I didn't enjoy was that the CEO was sitting in front of the waterfront windows and I could barely see with the glare coming off the water.
