Interview
The interview was by video with the CEO. Unfortunately, did not receive a lot of verbal and nonverbal feedback as I was speaking which made it hard to show my personality. Questions were standard. Despite feeling well-qualified, I was ghosted. But the reviews for the company are scary, so seems like a good thing.

I applied on LinkedIn and the Executive Director reached out to me via email to book a 60 minute interview - 30 mins with her and 30 mins with their (brand new, like 3 days in) Sr. Project Director. The Executive Director felt uninterested and like she was just ticking off boxes and asking the typical questions, not very personable at all. The Sr. Project Director was lovely, but she had just started at the company.
After the interview, I sent them each separate follow-up emails thanking them for their time. The Sr. Project Director responded politely. The Executive Director never responded and Hello Design just completely ghosted - never heard anything either way. This left a pretty bad impression on me as I've never been ghosted after an interview/ it seems rather rude! Overall, I did not get a good feeling about their work/ life balance or general company culture.
