Horrible. The internal recruiter messaged me on linkedin and asked for a test. After finishing the test I had an interview with two young very immature developers. They asked me questions for an hour regarding javascript. However the maturity was very low and it seemed like he just wanted to lower my confidence with these questions. After a week when I followed up with the recruiter he said I "passed" but he wanted more time to interview more candidates. 3 weeks later and he is still "interviewing".. This guy is a tyre kicker and a complete time waster. He does these tactics in order to make you reduce your pay. Avoid him ("M") if you can. He is also known as the "engineering manager". Seems more like a recruiter for the business.
