Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Staples.

Interview

Not a very difficult interview as it was fairly casual but by no means was it a breeze. Management want to know how you prior skills with align with what they are looking for. A few situational and behavioral questions are asked and then they dig into you prior position. Make sure you are familiar with the demands and expectations of the job and how they apply to what you have done in prior positions. Ask questions as it should be a casual conversation.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Staples (Broomfield, CO) in March 2011.

    Interview

Very laid back. They like to hear about how your experiences relate to the job. Don't control the entire interview by being the only one to talk. The interview should really be a conversation.

    Negotiation

Fairly straight forward. I was happy with the terms so I accepted.
