    Interview

    A panel of 5-6 senior executives from different departments asking questions related to their department. All seemed very friendly. went about discussing a number of topics from sports to space, all were listening very keenly.Overall a nice experience. Went for around 30 minutes.Asked if I notice a painting outside the interview venue and what i made of it. Overall very positive experience. Talking with different candidates outside gave a different picture of what I actually faced .Asked about if selected, what branch would i prefer, how open I would be to transfer, they also were very focused on askig question regarding current awareness. Even asked some chemical formula for a gas .

    Interview

    Interview process was very well managed.
    It is conducted in your nearest Local Head Office . The building will be Best in ambiance and you will feel Corporate Environment there with glossy wooden walls and best quality Interior designs.
    First the Documents were all verified by a scale-II manager and then Group Discussion would be conducted .
    After that Interview is conducted with 5 panel members, most of them above scale of GM .

    The hiring process for 2013 PO recruitment involved GD and Interview. The GD was relatively easy as the topic was not too difficult "Reasons for slowdown of Indian Economy." The interview was a panel interview with Senior managers sitting all around and firing questions from all sides without an even break.
