Virtual where you video record yourself for their review later. Watched a video about the company and then answered questions. Get to redo videos twice I believe. Questions like what about the company appeals to you.
- What made you apply at this company?

Really straightforward and they respond fast. Th process is just as what was indicated in their website. You can feel excitement by the videos they included during the digital interview

The Interview process went great. First did the assessment. Then was accepted to do a video response on HireVue. Then selected for a phone conversation. The phone conversation went well. They have you to choose from a calendar for a date and time to set it up. They say it will be 30 minutes, but mine was 10 minutes. I am sure there are factors that may make it 30 minutes
- It was about customer service and what it means to me (something like that)

It was LONG but worth it. I applied March 4th and got offered the job on April 12th. I had to do an assessment and then a video interview (automated where you just video record your response to questions that pop up on the screen). And then a final phone interview where I was offered the job and told about the scheduling and benefits etc.

Video interview, with practice allowed before questions are asked. They are very organized and offer a lot of help to help you prepare. Instructional and educational videos are provided via links in email.
- They vary, mainly about the STAR method which they cover.

Not much of an interview. You do a video response to very basic questions. If you can do that without being overly awkward you seem to get an offer. Questions like “describe a time you faced hardship, how did you handle it?”
- What is an accomplishment you’re proud of?

Anonymous Employee in Phoenix, AZ
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2023
Simple and convenient. Involved assessment, video interview, phone call, and answering some emails. Overall a seamless experience. Response time was satisfactory. One of the best interview processes I've done. Looking forward to the next steps.
- Asked for various work scenarios in which you resolved a concern.

Extremely long and complicated interview process, for a moment, you'll feel like you will become someone important. At the end, you will be disappointed with the non-negotiable offer, and you'll realize you are worthless.
- How do you handle office politics?
