Initial email received from recruiter to come in for personality/typing/skills test. Once passed, immediately sent over to HR for pre screening interview. Then you are contacted for a panel interview. This consisted of 5 people interviewing with "what if", "provide an example of" type of questions.

Everything was done via internet and phone. Many people don't get past the online assessment. I recommend that when you're taking that, be in a quiet area so you can focus completely.
