Phone call from agent, led to one-on-one face-to-face interview at the agency which was part conversational and part behavioral response questions. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and the one on one about 45 minutes. Then the agent had me sit for about 30 minutes with an employee in the same position I would be in to shadow the position.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
