Interview
Applied online and received a phone call after approximately 1 month. This was an initial phone screening to verify my Resume. I then received a second phone call which was scheduled 1 week later. This was a basic behavioral interview which asked questions about how you handled customers in the past. While others I know had a face to face interview after this but for whatever reason the phone interview I had was sufficient for them to make an offer to me.

It was a panel interview with three claims teams managers. Questions were about how you demonstrated various competencies in other jobs or positions, with specific examples needed using the STAR method.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Lincoln, NE) in May 2022
Interview
Simple 2 person interview in person. It Took about 30 minutes and consisted of just the standard situational questions. Job offer came about two weeks later. Overall I would say it was a well run process.

The interview process is about 2 weeks long. Very easy because they have a high turnover rate. Basic questions along with past work experience. I would say anybody can pass.
