    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at State Street in November 2016.

    Interview

Very sweet interviewer. Spent a lot of time providing important info in the beginning of the call, and then asked basic questions. Prepare how you would for a basic interview, as the questions are fairly general based on background, education, interests and things like that. What are your strengths and weaknesses as well. It took a while for them to get back, i assume a lot of applicants are applying to this corporation. There is a huge possibility of a second interview round which might be over the phone or face to face depending upon the prefrence of the interviewer

I interviewed with 3 people in a conference style room.
They were very friendly and they asked about me and my story, education, and why I want to work for them. Since this interview was not for a direct position I was not given any specific questions that were directed to the job.
I believe the questions they asked were more directed at what interests you, what are you good at, and where will you fit best...
