    Interview Questions

    • There are multi levels during the job selection process. You must be patient to wait for a lengthy period of time before starting a job. In most cases you will apply for a job, take a test within six months and then if you are among the top six go before an oral board and then finish among the top three candidates for a personal interview with the hiring authority. If you are selected you will be called by the supervisor and offered a position. You will then coordinate a start date and negotiate a final salary.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

There is a range for the position and you are normally hired at the beginning of that level.
