Multi-stage interview process: phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager (and potentially a colleague), and then an interview with more senior management. The process started with a quick phone screen to confirm details of my application were correct and clarify a few things. I was promptly asked to complete a first, and then a second round interview. Both interviews were completed promptly and efficiently. The interviewers at all stages of the process were kind, considerate, and genuinely wanted to get to know me and what I could bring to the table. Typical behavioural interviews: we spent some time going over my resume, then they asked me some typical behavioural questions, and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I found the final interview with the senior managers more relaxed and easy-going than the first round, as it was more conversational. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Due to ongoing delays in filling the role created by the global semiconductor shortage, I withdrew my candidacy after I found another position.
