Extremely disrespectful process. I first interviewed for the Social Media Coordinator position which involved a phone screen, a very lengthy take home assignment, an 30 min interview with the growth team, and a final 1.5 hr interview with other team leads. I was told I was not hired for this role but they liked me and my ideas and wanted me to reapply for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator role they had just posted that they thought I would be a better fit for. Disappointed but confident, I went through another phone screen and did another take home project to receive a rejection identical to the first one. Asking for extensive unpaid work and using misleading language is unacceptable. I invested two months of time into this indecisive, disrespectful process. Incredibly frustrating. Do not waste your time taking a chance on Stepful.
