    Interview

    Group interview. They went around the room asking your name, major and one fun fact about yourself. Afterwards, you are split into groups of 4 to work on something together while the senior consultants take notes. Our specific task is to decorate the commuter loungue and we presented as a group when we're finished.

    Contrary to popular belief, you don't necessarily need a GPA above 3.0 to be a TA. If you got a good grade in a course, and are on good terms with the professor that is in charge of it, you can wager a shot at asking. Because you get graded credits for being a TA, you can easily use this to boost your GPA.

    Very friendly group of people, nice work environment. Easy application: fill out a short Google form, get a recommendation from a professor, and interview with a graduate assistant. I received a decision within ten minutes after my interview.

    You are herded into a room with various other people who applied for the Desk Monitor job. Each interview is roughly ten to fifteen minutes long. They'll ask you about previous work experience and how familiar you are with the position.
