    Interview

Talk with recruiter, phone interview, meet with hiring manager, take personality assessment, interview with another manager, complete a ride along and meet other team members. The process is similar to many other companies when they are trying to get the highest quality of employees. Typically they want someone who is well rounded and very competitive. So if you played on a team sport, that is ideal.

They pretty much only hire through referrals or recruiters, so don't both applying online unless you have a very good resume with lots of medical sales experience. They are looking for the best of the best, so make sure to have sales performance available.
