The interview process was fairly standard, I had three separate phone conversations, 1 with an HR rep, the second with the hiring manager, and the third was a workplace personality/character evaluation through a third part service known as the Gallup

What was your biggest failure, what effect did it have on you, and what did you do to overcome and move forward
First Interview by telephone, with Recruiter, 2nd Interview with Hiring Manager, but doesnt hire , you then as you must go through at least 2-3 more interviews with others in company afterwards before an offer is made.

Interview
The interview process was thorough. Managementment seemed well intuned to the position and knew what they were looking for. The questions were basic of the position. Overall, a nice interview experience.
