Interview
First, you are asked to bring an object that is important to you and speak about it for about 30 seconds. Then I was in a group setting of about 5 people where we were asked many questions about our own experience and then prompted to do a mock lesson plan. After, there was a one on one interview with one of the employees. Towards the end, there was a writing sample.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Question 1
There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
