    the interview was very easy. they needed sales associates during the winter season, so getting a job was almost a guarantee. i would work there again and i would love to visit my team any day of the year! down to earth people that truly just want you to work hard and be nice! they teach you very good social skils and you will learn a lot

    got the job through a friend who worked there so the interview was a brief talk about favorite skiing destinations with the store manager. Later the assistant store manager came in and asked me about a few different skis to test my knowledge. from there the discussion turned very informal and the interview was essentially complete.

    Went in and spoke to the general manager after getting a referral from a friend. Submitted an application and did not hear back for quite some time. Finally contacted the general manager and set up an interview and everything went smoothly from there.
