The recruiter reached out to schedule calls with my references. Then the hiring manager did not show up for one of the scheduled reference calls, and the recruiter never actually scheduled another call (totally ghosted my reference). The recruiter was very slow to respond to my subsequent follow-up emails. Eventually, I learned they decided to give another candidate an offer. To reiterate the sentiment from another candidate: The hiring process left me with the impression that Grammarly is unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of candidates/references time. A little more transparency and (ironically) communication would go a long way.
