Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Supplemental Health Care (Buffalo, NY) in October 2017.

Interview

There were two interviews. The first interview was with my potential manager. It was laid back and pretty much standard. The second interview was with the Vice President and it was much more challenging.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Supplemental Health Care (Buffalo, NY).

    Interview

The interview process was simple took roughly two weeks. The staffing manager was very likable and easy going. Then you meet with the division manager. That was not difficult. If you make it pass this step you meet with the VP. Very detailed interview, tough but is manageable if you are honest. The interview with the VP left me with a wealth of knowledge. Leave yourself at lest two hours for this interview from start to finish.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Supplemental Health Care (Buffalo, NY) in April 2013.

    Interview

Initial interview is a phone interview by the HR woman. If you pass that and you have good references then you are scheduled for a face to face interview with the Vice president. This was the hardest interview I've ever had in my life. Honestly she chewed me up and spit me out during my interview. She does this because of the nature of the business. If you pass her interview you meet with your divisional manager and you pretty much just do paperwork to come on board. With that said the VP is very nice after your interview when you start here. Honestly even if i wasn't offered the job, i learned alot about what to and not to say during an interview. I ultimately was offered a position but if i wasn't I took something positive away from it. In conclusion you don't get a job with the Branch, you earn your job with this branch!

    Interview Questions

    • The most difficult thing about the interview was the VP shooting down any kind of subjective answer to a question. Responses like I'm a hard worker or I'm very detail oriented will be countered with "that is subjective, can you give me something tangible". Also, honesty is appreciated, I told her one of the reasons I was fired from a past job and she didn't hold it against me. She was actually glad I was honest with her and understood the reason. Most difficult   Answer Question

    Negotiation

None they told you what the pay was and the bonus structure is. For entry level there really is no negotiation
