    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Sutherland (Houston, TX) in January 2016.

    Interview

the Interview took about 20mins and they pretty much hired everyone that came in that day and discussed everyones $12.00 an hr right in front of everyone. It was a job fair but they did the hiring that same day and told us to expect a call. They called a month after and told me to come in again for a drug test which i did. The hired and they called me a day before confirming me coming to wrk without giving any details of the job

    Interview Questions

    • Nothing that made sense besides asking if i worked in a call center environment before. It was a waste of my time and energy cos they did not review my resume or work experience. They hired everyone that came in   1 Answer

    Sales Consultant-Las Vegas Interview

Anonymous Employee in Las Vegas, NV
    Accepted Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sutherland (Las Vegas, NV) in January 2016.

    Interview

I applied about a week and a half before I got called in for an interview on 1/29/2016. The interview was a one on one type of interview and it didn't really feel like an interview. When I sat down for it, he described the position and what to expect. Gave details on training and how they gradually move us forward. He would occasionally ask if I knew certain sales terms and if I didn't he would just explain it and we would talk about the next topic.

Honestly, he didn't really ask any interview questions. The only question that seemed to be the most important(closes to feeling like an interview question) was if my availability was open. Apparently that is a big deal at the moment since they are fairly new to the valley area. It was no big deal for me but I guess I was expecting more or something.

But, in the end, I must of had a great personality or said the right things because he offered me a job on the spot.

    W@H Customer Service Representative Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sutherland in January 2016.

    Interview

All done online, from application to testing to 'training simulation'. They send you a stream of e-mails to sites to complete the tasks. Until you get to their 'are you willing to work for $9.00 an hour' question, they are all pretty standard, computer skill based questions. The messed up 'personality test', with no correct answers, the typing speed test, the internet speed test, pretty standard work from home interview process.

    Interview Questions

    • Are you willing to work for $9.00 an hour, and $8.50/hr training period.   1 Answer
