Interview
First was a set up phone screen with Hr that was One 30 minute HR screen
After a week an interview was scheduled to meet with the managers and that was planned for 1 hour.
The final two interviews would have been each 1 hour. The final feedback was they were looking for a completely different role and to keep applying. Felt like they used my interview as a fishing expedition to get free ideas.

Question 1
How would you solve reporting on resources to validate the need for head count?
Screening went well. I was informed I would receive a follow up email for the next round. Then nothing, ghosting after follow up. To be honest there should be laws prohibiting this type of behavior by recruiting. Disrespectfully waiste people's time.
