I was referred to this company through a friend who knew I was unhappy with my current job. I was invited to the Woodland Hills, CA office and sat down with one of their managers. He explained in detail how the job worked in selling life insurance, retirement plans and annuities to all age ranges. He showed the commission structure and what possibilities were available should I chose to join the business.
I was then told that I had to apply with Syncis for background check, etc. $100 to "Code-In" or apply. I did. They also explained that I needed to be licensed in the state of California to practice with Syncis. From there they helped me with the cheapest and fastest way to train and pass my exam. I did this in about 2 weeks. I had read from past reviewers that you needed to give up your first 10,000 points / commission. They explained that this was no longer the policy and that you started earning from your very first sale. The commission split was on 30% but still better than what I have paid in the past. Once you finish your training, your commission goes to 60% to 75% depending on volume.
I have been with the company now 3 months and have found everything they promised to be true and I have no complaints.
