The process took 2 days. I interviewed at T. Rowe Price in January 2008.

Interview

The first interview consists of a phone screening. The interview process is along the lines of a behavioral interview. The basic questions are topics like, a time when you faced adversity and how to overcame it. They phone screen sets up well for the one on one interview. This was similar to the screen but just in person.
