    Interview

Applied online. Got an email scheduling an HR call and was then assigned dates for the technical interview. There were 3 technical interviews ranging greatly in difficulty. First one was very technical in nature and got asked a lot of conceptual questions. Second one was technical but a little open ended in nature. Third one was with 2 principal engineers and got asked about my own projects.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T. Rowe Price in March 2017.

    Interview

On Monday 03/27/2017 I was contact to schedule a phone interview. We arranged the phone interview to take place on Tuesday 03/28/2017 at 3:15pm. This was arranged via text. However, on Monday afternoon at 3:15pm, the interviewer called me at 3:15pm (when I was unavailable), then texted and asked if I was still interested. When I saw the text later that day I replied that of course I was still interested and reminded them that we had arranged the interview for the next day, not today. I asked if they would re-confirm the Tuesday interview. No response. No call on Tuesday either. Horrible to think they don't know what they are doing at times. It was not complicated, simply call at the agreed upon time. And it was all in writing, nothing misleading or confusing either.

    Interview

Wonderful interview process at the Owings Mills, MD office. Everyone was friendly yet professional. For the interview, I was led to a meeting room with two interviewers who focused on behavioural questions. A lot of the questions dealt with how well you handle stress, challenges, and angry clients. They emphasize teamwork and integrity.

Although I haven't heard back yet, it was honestly a wonderful and stress free experience.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T. Rowe Price (Colorado Springs, CO) in February 2017.

    Interview

The process up to the actual interview was just how everyone else has described, same questions "tell me about a time you did this, this and this". Even in the actual interview the questions were just as expected. What really caught me off guard was the method they conducted the interview. There were 4 interviewees including myself, they put us in a conference room each person at their own table. Which at first I was fine with, no big deal running low on space or something. 4 Interviewers came in and each sat at a table we began. The interviews were timed (about 10 minutes per question, there were 5). The really odd part came when after each question, the interviewers rotated to the next person, so each question was asked by a different person. I'm not sure if this is a common method to conduct interviews, just nothing i had experienced or heard of and it kind of caught me of guard.

In regards to the questions, they weren't anything new. Just make sure you try to fill that time slot for each question. They really want details, and they ask questions to pull them out.
