I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TD (Edmonton, AB (Canada)) in January 2017.

    Interview

It was a group interview - they split 20 of us into groups of 4, & had an individual timed, written exercise at the beginning, then each of our small groups prepared a presentation of a scenario/role play we were able to choose out of 4 possible scenarios. While this was going on, each of us would get pulled away for a brief, individual interview.
