The first round is with the HR person attached to the business unit that you're applying to. There are a lot questions thrown at you regarding soft skills. The second round is usually the hiring manager. Expect to be quizzed on technical skills, resume, background, etc. Third round is usually with your hiring manager's boss(es). Expect to be given a business case in advance that you will likely present.
