Interview
3 step process beginning with a 30 minute phone interview with the Regional Recruiter. Asked basic introductory questions such as why you want to get into sales, etc. A week later was the 1 on1 interview with the DOB. This was much more in depth and asked personal questions as well as situational questions to gauge your personaltiy/ behavior. Finally, the last step was the half day at the office, where you spend time with each recruiter/ account manager individually as you get to know one another. You end the day with a panel interview followed by a lunch with an account managers as they grill you with you more questions about who you are, and how you will demonstrate your abilities in the position.

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

Unprofessional. Went through the whole process and was brought into the office for a shadow day and then never heard from them again. Also, the recruiter will call you constantly at random times throughout the process, kind of micromanaging if you ask me.
