Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TJX Companies (New York, NY) in March 2011.

Interview

Went into On-Campus Recruitment. Had the interview at 11:45... I guess it ended early because it was supposed to go to 12:15, but I'm already in my room (same building) by 12:15.

Nice interviewer basically... seemed relaxed. She had been a buyer before.... asked me about what I like in TJX... you should prep examples and be ready to speak from your resume
This was more of a screening process... said I would be hearing from TJX in a few weeks one way or the other
