Interview
This was very sleek and efficient process where I was asked to attend for interview and when I arrived they made me feel very welcome and at ease. The interviewers were very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I had to wait 2 weeks before I was offered the position as I was on holiday the day after my interview.
Initial interview to see if meet criteria, then in person interview - Basic competencies, ie why paralegal, why the firm, tell me a time you worked in a team, tell me how you organise conflicting deadlines etc - not too difficult, standardised

Interview
Short fifteen to twenty minute interview online with two partners. Asked mostly about me rather than previous experience and education. I had the opportunity to ask questions at the end and they seemed a little surprised that I had some ready.
