Irrespective of your performance in interviews , you will get to face the managerial and HR rounds. Its clear they call candidates for the sake of increasing their numbers. There will a written test and there subsequent rounds may follow up for days. Ironically I had been through the interview experience shared on glass-door and same happened as faced by other candidates. In managerial round , interviewer openly commented that he has lined up cheaper resources for my skill set and experience. That was the feedback after 3 technical rounds over a period of 5 days.
