Notebook Support Specialist Interview

Anonymous Employee in Springfield, MO

Difficult Interview

Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TTEC (Springfield, MO) in January 2012.

Interview

First, everything you communicate with them with it through email. You apply online and they will email you with a assessment date to choose from. You go in, casual business attire and then a group of you will take a series of skills tests taking from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the person. Then you use a in house phone and call human capital, which is their hr department. They will then tell you what positions you can interview for, if any. In my case, I passed all tests and could have interviewed for three positions. When they tell you what you qualify for, they explain the job expectations and pay. When you go in for your interview, you interview with a employee and they asked me a series of experience questions and then some questions pertaining to the job I was applying for. In my case, I got hired on the spot and I came back later that day and filled out my federal identification forms and signed a "contract" with them. The contract basically said my position, pay and start date. After that you go take a drug test and if everything is fine, they email you briefly before your start date to remind you. Then you start training for up to 45 days, which is all paid.
