    Interview

Easy interview, they want to make sure that you are serious about good customer service and have good instincts for management.
I talked to the General manager about a job, and got a call shortly from the Area Coach. One meeting with him and a few questions, then just several days for the HR process and I got to start.

    Interview

I had a phone interview which lasted about an hour. Then two face to face interviews only to get a random rejection letter. The interview process was pretty straightforward. The last person interviewing me was a peer. A fellow manager who was rather distracted the entire time.

    Interview

I had a initial interview with a restaurant manager, who passed my application on. They called me back and I had multiple phone interviews with different people in the hiring department. Unfortunately, though I liked the person I originally interviewed with, I was not hired for his location.
