    Planner Interview

Anonymous Employee in San Antonio, TX
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Takata (San Antonio, TX) in November 2013.

    Interview

Not intimidating or too professional. Interviewed with the HR manager first and we went back a little. He had very little to ask be about actual work.
Then I met with the Material manager and alarms should have been going off. First - Jeans on a Monday!? She asked questions from a script and there was nothing creative or imaginative about them. There was little back and forth on my responses and when she did answer her speech was filled with "likes" and "ums." She was to be my boss and I could speak about her job more proficiently (to be fair, I had done it in the past). The whole thing lasted 15 minutes.

    Interview Questions

    • Standard stuff...tell me about a time when you had a difficult...I see here that you were (no question, just an observation that led to no conversation)   Answer Question
