1. Got a call from the hr who was super nice, followed by coding challenge. It seems they have decided to reject all the candidates who are applying of the role, with coding challenge round. One feedback to takeaway.com hr if you are reading this after the coding round have call with developer and applicant, so the applicant can describe the design or any clarification to interviewer.

First they sent a simple codility SQL test and I passed it then moved to technical interview where the interviewers were not prepared and didn’t know what to ask about, the interview lasted less than 20 minutes then I never heard from them

I was first called by recruitment. Then I had a video conference call with my potential manager and a potential colleague. Lastly, I had a face-to-face interview with my potential manager and the manager of my department.

Process was quick and easy. 30-45 minutes technical interview with two data engineers. If everything is fine they sent you a case study and you have one week to solve it. There is nothing special about case study, basic airflow, pyspark tasks and creating data model.
But everything else is like a joke. But it's not funny for the candidate. I am working for a fortune 500 company, have 6 years professional experience and they offer me entry level salary. It is even below the highly skilled migrant salary threshold.
They are searching for cheap labors.
They tried to justify the situation as they found me medior level but after successful case study you have to classify candidate's level looking for professional career. You can apply if you are looking for disrespectful attitudes.

I applied online and had communication only with an HR representative. After this interaction, it made me doubt, and eventually resend, my application.

The HR representative rescheduled our intake interview half an hour after we were meant to have started the interview.

After the rescheduled intake interview happened, a face to face interview was scheduled.

The face to face interview was canceled by HR because the HR rep was unaware of a test that needed to be submitted prior to a face to face.

The HR rep sent a three page test, examining skills that look at short form, long form, and copy editing. When I sent a follow up question via email, the rep told me the company was unwilling to match the salary range we originally discussed in the intake phone interview.

I rescinded my application there after.

De sollicitatieprocedure bestond in principe uit twee gesprekken. Omdat ik zelf onvoldoende informatie had ingewonnen werd mij de mogelijkheid geboden om een extra gesprek te plannen. Zowel de recruiter, manager als medewerkers waarmee ik heb gesproken waren erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk!

Einzelbewerbungsgespräch in einem der Konferenzräume, allgemeine Fragen zu aktueller beruflicher und ausbildungstechnischer Lage. Sehr nette Führung durch das Gespräch durch HR Mitarbeiter. Keinerlei Schwierigkeiten in der Beantwortung und Fragen wurden freundlich beantwortet.
