It depends on how you apply. Sometimes there are big job fairs/ mass hiring. There are a few different people that you will interview with. In my position I interviewed with my direct manager, the HR lead, and my ETL. They would ask you the basic interview question.
I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Avon, OH)
Interview
The interview process at Target was very straightforward and conversational. I was asked to talk about myself and my prior retail experience, discuss my availability, and highlight my strongest qualities. The focus was on understanding my customer service skills, work ethic, and overall fit for the role.

Question 1
They asked how I handle difficult or challenging tasks.
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Simple, asked about availability and some experience. Otherwise they asked me to go through my resume, since I started as seasonal they were not very harsh about it and it seemed like they decided they wanted me by the end of the interview

It was online through HireVue. It was pretty simply process since its online and they just send you emails for updates. They do take long periods of time though to get back to you on updates and such.
