      Retail Position Interview

      Nov 17, 2010
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target in Mar 2010

      Interview

Its easy really. I researched Target and spent time on their website about its history and where it is headed. Answer the questions with confidence and be prepared to answer situational questions. If you pass the first interview, the next one with an Exec. is similar but this time more detailed. There is pressure on the Leaders to select good talent from the pool of possible candidates.
