    Interview

The hiring process for working at Target was simple and we went through everything pretty quickly. After the initial in-person interview, you complete a drug test and background check, and the participate in 2 weeks of training before you are put on the floor by yourself. The overall experience was a positive one, and they do a lot of prepping to make sure you are prepared for your first shift.

    Interview

I had gotten an email from HR to come into an interview. All of the scheduling for it was done by email. The interview took a while because HR was backed up. I waited about 45 minutes after my scheduled interview to be seen. I was first interviewed by a softlines team member that had been working there for a while, then I was passed onto the team lead, then an HR rep. I walked out with the job. A few days later, I think maybe 2-3, I got another email from HR with my orientation date.

    Interview

Applied online on a Thursday. Was called on Saturday for the original store I had applied to but then they forwarded my application to another target. Was called the next day and we set up an interview for three days later. The interview went pretty well, I felt pretty confident. I came in and interviewed with two people. The first person confirmed my availability and then asked me about 5 questions from a sheet that had "tell me about a time..." questions. Then I was asked if I was available for a second interview and had me wait for the next person. The next person was very chill and nice. Didn't have much small talk between the two people, just answered the questions on the sheet. I then was offered the job on the spot by an HR person.
