I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Topeka, KS) in September 2015.

    Interview

I interviewed with a manager that was not originally scheduled to do my interview as a result of miscommunication. I was also asked in to come in an hour later thsn scheduled only 15 minutes prior to the original time scheduled. This definitely concerned me as I was expected to be on time and prepared and yet the company did not have this expectation for itself.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Topeka, KS) in October 2008.

    Interview

Behavioral based interviewing. Target caters to young (22-30). Good for those who have a cheer-leader mentality, but not so good for those who might wish to offer critical insights from other businesses. Those who stay love it; all those who have left this site, found it to be one of the most frustrating experiences of their lives. Do not expect a quick promotion.
