    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at TargetCast Tcm.

    Interview

It was a very simple process. I met with an HR Associate, she asked me basic interview questions. I then interviewed with who would be my direct supervisor and it was more of a casual talk then an interview. I then interviewed with the director of the department.

    Interview

Fairly standard media agency interview...I met with HR then the team I would be working with. They basically talked a lot and I listened. Nothing out of the ordinary. No curve balls.

    Interview Questions

    • I can't really think of anything..I hear that entry level assistants have to take a written test. But again that is somewhat standard in media these days.   Answer Question

    Application

The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at TargetCast Tcm (New York, NY) in May 2010.

    Interview

It wasn't difficult planning the first interview I had because it was one on one convenient. They were welcoming and friendly not intimidating at all. Typical interview , able to talk and tell company culture from the interview. Second interview was slightly more intimidating because you need to meet with the account supervisors. It's tough telling various people the same thing without thinking you sound to repetitive. Office is nice great location seemed like a good company to work for
