I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tata Motors (Bengaluru (India)) in November 2012.

Interview

Normally they hire experienced candidates only. 3 rounds all together.
First round: HR/Head Customer support will talk generally about your experience, communication and abilities. This post is like mostly managerial right so.
Second Round : With Area service Manager (Both technical mostly subject related)
Third Round: National Head; Can't say any particular but mostly on your past experience (don't expect only technical) think twice before answer.
About national head I don't want to reveal the full name (SB). Looks like very common man, technically sound, full hands on experience.
