Firstly heard a Introduction speech about the company, then technical (pen, paper) test and after that selected students will have to face GD round and then have to qualify for the final round that is also called HR interview as well.

• Manage escalations by documenting the escalation plan and process, communicating the same to customer and directing the team appropriately to bring the situation under control

Excellent Case Study Interview. Was provided data and asked to prepare a dummy pitch for a CFO. Excellent background setting and very focused case study. Tested my skills of understanding the business needs, presenting facts and figure in a storyboard fashion. Great Panel.
