Tele2 Executive Trainee Program interview questions

1. Send in application 2. Do test online - These where the standard test regarding both personal and numerical questions. 3. Online Case - You'll get invited to do a online case. We were about 5-6 people in the zoom call. Everyone got the same case and got about 5-10 minutes to prepare a presentation. Our "prompt" was - Present a new business case that tele2 can use regarding these (3-4 different) points. The presentation was quite easy but also stressfull. 4. Invitation to assestment day in Kista. About 15 people got together in different groups and would each do a numerical individual excel case (Hard - you get like 15 minutes and should calculate some sort of break even), qualitative group case (Easy - you present something very similar to the online case), Deep interview (Easy). 5. Specific interview with executive - I didn't make it here. But it's essentially to match with a specific role.

3 smaller individual cases solved on paper. 2 of which were guesstimates and one a business case. One longer individual case calculating data capacity needs and then presenting your own thoughts of the future need of data capacity. Also one group case.
