I applied online. I interviewed at Teleperformance
They reached out to me via email first. We agreed a time, but the recruiter moved our meeting to an earlier time, I agreed. She didn't show up, I wrote to her 7 minutes later, she responded 15 minutes after my email that she had an "urgent meeting" and if i am available later on that day. I woukd have understand the urgent meeting if she would have communicated right after she knew she wouldn't show up, but in this way it was very disrespectful. I told her I am available now as later I already had plans that would be hard to move. She called me an other 10 minute after this, I informed her I am not interested anymore (to me it showed the company is very disorganized and doesn't show respect to candidates, probably they behave the same way towards the employees as well), oh and she hanged up on me without saying anything (like... sorry?). Very unprofessional.

3 interviews, one with recruiter, 2 with a manager each. The last one was with the supervisor of the project and all Done at the same day. They didn’t take more than 30 minutes and the questions were typical customer service questions
