Guest was upset because he was moved to three different rooms but we got him in the room he wanted. He was so angry that he wouldn't listen to anything I said so I told him I would follow up with him in the morning. I called the next morning and his wife apologized to me and thanked me for getting them this room they wanted. The husband met me in the lobby and also apologized. They ended up going on their update.
