I HAD TO STOP AND THINK WHICH OF THE JOB WAS THE MOST IMPORTEN GET IT DONE .AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT AND GET IT DONE ON TIME

Review the tasks, timelines and available staff. Then focus on the most time sensitive tasks, and analyze the skill set of my team so I can better delegate tasks out. Then I would have follow up conversations with each team member to support them in their role.

Clear the mind and just do it.. start with the first one that is a quickly task and move on to the next you'll be amazed what you can do when you really ain't thinking about it

Overnight stocking during holiday season had crew set up Christmas displays plus make sure normal stock was was stocked in proper sections to plannograms or end caps or center aisle clean up pallets garbage from sales floor for store opening
