tell them how you became interested in consulting what you have done to get you where you are today. Sometimes i find it difficult to know when the interviewer has heard enough or if they want to hear more detail about a particular topic, in this case just pause and ask. Say, "I can expand on that if you'd like," or "would you like me to go into more detail?"
