I applied online. I interviewed at Telstra (Sydney (Australia)) in November 2016.

Interview

Initially it was just a simple behavioural test, this was followed by a video interview with standard application questions, this was then followed up by a quick call with a few simple questions, I was then interviewed just outside the store by the assistant manager and was later interviewed by the store manager. He hired me on the spot.

    Applied online, and was automatically invited to do a behavioural quiz.
    Got a call from their recruitment officer for a brief phone interview, asking about availability and why I wanted to work at Telstra.
    Was told I’ll be invited to a one on one interview, however, a week later they told me I’d be attending a group.
    Attended the group interview at the store that was hiring.
    Interview involved problem solving and them observing how you work in a team.
    Got offered the role four days after.
